MEET THE TEAM

Kit is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and co-owner of JaDex, with a lifelong interest in sport, movement and staying active. From rugby and skiing to strength training, running and cycling, he understands how frustrating injuries can be and enjoys helping people get back to doing the things they love with confidence.

Amy is a massage therapist and co-owner of JaDex, with a passion for helping people relax, recharge and look after their wellbeing. Outside of JaDex, she enjoys family life, walking, skiing and spending plenty of time outdoors with Kit, the children and their animals.
